Uploaded Documents

Applicants may upload marksheets, result files, identity proof, income proof, fee receipts and other supporting documents. These files are used for scholarship review and verification by authorized Sardardham team members.

Please upload only genuine and relevant documents. Do not upload passwords, OTPs, bank PINs or other sensitive credentials through any form.

Email, OTP & Notifications

The portal may send OTP emails, acknowledgement messages, application-related updates and support responses to the email address or mobile number provided by the applicant.

Users are responsible for providing accurate contact details. Sardardham is not responsible for missed communication caused by incorrect email addresses, mobile numbers or mailbox restrictions.
